The Sage Plan

The Sage is a versatile plan, offering two main-floor bedrooms or a bedroom and a study. A wide front porch opens to a foyer from which a formal dining room flows. The placement allows for a kitchen sink that looks upon the backyard. A walk-in pantry and butler's pantry between the living room and kitchen satisfy storage needs. The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house, separated from the living spaces by a private hallway. The master bedroom has an optional sitting room and windows that take advantage of the privacy of the backyard. The bathroom provides space to relax. The double vanity, free-standing tub, water closet, walk-in shower, and tremendous closet make for a remarkable space. Accessed from both the garage and the kitchen, the mud room is a handy spot for storing essentials. The adjacent laundry offers ample cabinetry along with a utility sink.  Utilizing more square footage upstairs than other portfolio plan, the second story has two bedrooms, each with a private full bath and walk-in closet, and a spacious bonus room/fifth bedroom with a walk-in closet.
