The Haven Single-Story Plan

The Haven plan offers the dedicated space for the lifestyle that one desires in a home. With extras such as a study, keeping room, and formal dining room, the house lends itself to meeting all needs. The welcoming front porch opens to a spacious foyer from which a formal dining room and study with French doors branch. You will enjoy the unobstructed view from the foyer to the large back porch and ultimately the yard afforded by a wall of windows in the living room. The living room features a gas fireplace flanked by built-ins and a vaulted ceiling that is echoed on the porch.  The kitchen's storage is expansive due to three walls of cabinetry.
