The Vasser Plan is the largest of the portfolio plans offering a bathroom for each vast bedroom along with a bonus room, loft & office. The front porch allows the owner to take full advantage of the southern style architecture with space for rocking chairs or porch swings. French doors open from the foyer into the study. Opposite the study is a bedroom with a full bath. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace flanked by built-ins. The covered porch is an extension of the living space with just as much square footage and an optional fireplace.  For the entertainer, an optional outdoor kitchen is also available. This space can be accessed from the covered porch, breakfast room, or mud room. The main kitchen opens to the living room and provides in-kitchen dining at a large island. A tremendous walk-in pantry satisfies all storage needs. The master suite is luxurious with a vaulted ceiling and lots of square footage. The bath features separate vanities, a free-standing tub, a walk-in shower, and water closet. Two walk-in closets--one sizable enough for an island--cap off the suite.
